Often called "The Science of Eight Limbs", Muay Thai is a form of Martial Art that originated from and is currently the National Sport of Thailand. Muay Thai means "Thai Boxing" and is the core of Black Lotus Gym. This class focuses on precision and technique and will allow you to take your kickboxing and Muay Thai training to the next level. We pride ourselves on our curriculum and methods and every program offered at Black Lotus Gym is meant to compliment your Muay Thai training. All levels welcome - Whether you are an advanced practitioner or a newbie to Muay Thai, you will fit right in!
Black Lotus Gym offers additional fitness classes and programs that are designed to increase endurance, strength, stamina, burn fat and help you develop into your best self.
