Refund and Cancellation Policy - Please read carefully.

RETREAT CANCELLATIONS

​

It is your (the guest booking the retreat) responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

 

Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so we (Black Lotus Training Center, LLC) do recommend you purchase travel insurance before you  make your reservation.

 

TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE

"Unvaccinated adult visitors traveling to Costa Rica will continue to need to provide proof of a medical insurance policy to cover any COVID-19 related medical treatment or quarantine lodging while in Costa Rica"

If you are fully vaccinated wanting to get travel insurance,  We recommend your travel insurancepolicy covers you for all relevant SPORT ACTIVITIES you will be engaging upon on your retreat, TRIP CANCELLATION and COVID-19 related coverage.

Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees.

​

Must be purchased within 14-21 days of making your reservation. (Keep in mind, each policy varies)

"*** Effective December 6, 2021, all airline passengers to the United States ages two years and older, regardless of vaccination status or citizenship, must provide a negative COVID-19 viral test taken within one calendar day of travel.  Alternatively, travelers to the United States may provide documentation from a licensed health care provider of having recovered from COVID-19 in the 90 days preceding travel.  Check the CDC website for additional information and Frequently Asked Questions."

Cancellation Policy ​

 

Fees are determined by the following schedule:

​

If cancelled outside of 75 days (by May 2, 2022) we offer a full refund minus the deposit cost for the room.  

​

If cancelled within 75 days there is no refund.

 

In the case of a serious life event (injury, death in the family, sickness) or COVID 19 restrictions we offer a full refund minus the deposit.

​

*Your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your trip then your deposit can be used as a credit up to 1 year from the original events date.

Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early.

​

If you decide to cancel for your own reasons, We will gladly transfer your payments as a gift to another guest, if you choose to do so. 

​

Black Lotus Training Center, LLC is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

You must submit your signed Participant Agreement form within 48 hours of your initial payment.

BLACK LOTUS GYM CANCELLATION POLICY

​

While we have never cancelled a retreat to date, if we must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.

​

Black Lotus Training Center, LLC is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

Your initial $500 deposit is non-refundable.
