Depending on what option of coaching you choose, workouts will rotate out in 6-8 week intervals... continuing to challenge the body and keep things fun! (With that said, there is an emphasis on developing and maintaining the fundamentals and building on them in a progressive manner.)
In addition to exercise demonstration videos, coaching via the Everfit app is a seemless process that allows you to view the coaching, tasks and habits of the week! Including the option to integrate your calorie/macro tracker, take progress pictures and set your goals. 
A huge part of making a sustainable lifestyle out of this is finding your tribe. Each one of the programs & memberships will include group forums with others (just like you) on their journey. This is where we share accomplishments, set backs and everything in between that makes us human!
Growth doesn't only have to happen in a gym setting with a lot of equipment! You can gain a lot from home workouts, utilizing body weight and free weights such as dumbbells or kettle bells. **For all programs, I recommend investing in a minimum of 2 sets of free weights (lighter and heavier set) and resistance bands for best results.
